Project summary

Planning permission was originally secured for 50 holiday lodges, following which a further planning application was submitted for 59 residential units.

North Devon District Council refused planning permission in February 2021 following which an Appeal was successfully determined in September 2021.

The site has subsequently been sold to Strongvox.
