Project summary

The land was promoted and allocated through both the Local Plan and the Neighbourhood Plan following lengthy but constructive engagement with the Parish Council.

Resolution to grant planning permission occurred in July 2018. 

Outline planning permission for 96 homes was granted in May 2020.  The site has subsequently been sold to Taylor Wimpey.
